Michelle was invited as a guest speaker for the annual Western Venezuela Women's Conference, held in the mountain city of Mérida. Over 180 women were in attendance to learn about being a Christian model for all generations. The groups were divided by ages and, therefore, for the classes, there were three simultaneous conferences being conducted. Michelle taught the young ladies from age 10 to 22 for three hours Saturday morning and an hour and a half Saturday afternoon about the importance of growth, what helps our growth and what hinders our growth.
Sunday morning, the ladies from the retreat and four area-congregations met as a group of almost 500 people to worship the Lord together on Sunday afternoon. Denis Ruiz, preacher in Puerto La Cruz, was the invited speaker. His wife, Robbie, was one of the other ladies invited for the women's conference.
