Rosa was one of the first baptisms as a result of the new East
Caracas work more than three years ago. Michelle continues to study the Bible
with Rosa and encourage her and her family. Jhonny was baptized in April 2005.
Rosa, Jhonny and Michelle, along with several other non-Christians, went to
visit the house of Mama Rosa (Rosa's mother) in order to encourage her in her
ill-health and congratulate her on her first spiritual birthday. The trip was
evangelistically focused as no one else in Rosa's family is a Christian (yet!)
Jhonny led the nightly devotionals, even as a new Christian.
