The entire travel group met back up on the Friday before Easter
at White Beach to enjoy a day in the sun (with hats) before Michelle drove back
to Caracas with Jhonny and Hector for the Sunday service in East Caracas. Naya,
Rosa and Michelle are pictured here with the straw hats that accompanied them
during the sunny week in Eastern Venezuela.
Friday night, Michelle, Jhonny and Hector stayed at the home of Denis and Robbie
Ruiz in Puerto La Cruz on their way back to Caracas. Denis was out at the Eastern
Venezuela youth camp, so the group took advantage of the opportunity to go out
to the camp and rejoice with the over two-hundred teens, counselors, cooks,
etc. in a successful camp experience, which led to at least five baptisms.
One of the young ladies who was baptized, Vanessa, lives in Caracas and Michelle
has already started following-up with her to introduce her to the church in
East Caracas.
