Cynthia Cedeño got to know the work in Venezuela several years ago as a single missionary. It was during her time in Caracas that she met her husband, Julio. They worked in the city of Maracay for seven years before moving to Houston, Texas. Cynthia returned to Caracas as the main speaker for the 2005 Central Venezuelan Women's Retreat. Everyone was blessed to learn from what God shared through Cynthia.
