Daniel and Mary Mata were the hosts in San Cristobal. The Goffs and Matas have known each other for twenty-two years - since the Matas became Christians in Baton Rouge, while the Goffs were living there. Daniel and Mary are affectionately known as Michelle's "Venezuelan Parents."
