This picture doesn't do justice to the steepness of the trails. The "Julia" path is the steepest of all the trails up the mountain that forms the northern Caracas border. On a clear day, from the top of the mountain, one can see all of Caracas and on the other side, the Caribbean Sea. The group didn't make it all the way up the mountain this time, but the day remained clear and perfect for a hike.
