Carlos and Ambar were a part of the original Caracas Ministry Team. The East Caracas and San Antonio congregations have maintained a special relationship. Since Carlos and Ambar found out about Michelle's departure, they wanted to plan more opportunities to spend time with her and the East Caracas congregation as a whole.
